    For the reasons explained in the corresponding Memorandum Opinion issued this date, it is hereby ORDERED that the Republic of India’s motion [14] to stay is GRANTED. The above-captioned matter will be STAYED pending further order of the Court.
    [2].
    It is further ORDERED that the Republic of India’s motion [15] to dismiss is hereby DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This motion may be renewed after the stay is lifted.
    [3].
    It is further ORDERED that on or before April 30, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report providing an update to the Court on the ongoing set-aside proceedings in the Netherlands. The parties shall file additional status reports every thirty (30) days thereafter until the conclusion of the set-aside proceedings.
    [4].
    It is further ORDERED that the parties shall notify the Court within three (3) business days of any ruling in the set-aside proceedings in the Netherlands.

    It is SO ORDERED.
