Order of the Supreme Court of India

[1].
UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

[2].
List this matter for further consideration on 16th April, 2012, at 3.00 p.m. Let this Bench be specially constituted on the said date for the said purpose.
[3].
In the meantime, the arbitral proceedings before the learned Arbitrator, appointed under the ICC Rules, shall remain stayed.
[4].
We are passing this order in order to do complete justice between the parties, despite the objection raised by Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent, that such an order could not be made under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
