THE COURT having granted Petitioner, Oriental Republic of Uruguay’s ("Petitioner" or "Uruguay"), Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings [ECF No. 15] (the "Motion"), by a separate order entered on June 8, 2022 [ECF No. 31], pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58(a), the Court enters this separate Final Judgment.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that

1. Pursuant to 22 U.S.C. § 1650a and Article 54 of the ICSID Convention, Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Petitioner, Oriental Republic of Uruguay, and against Respondent, Italba Corporation, in the amount of $5,885,344.17 plus post-judgment interest, as provided in Title 28, United States Code, Section 1961, and costs as provided in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d)(1);

2. The Court retains jurisdiction to determine the award of costs;

3. The Court orders execution to issue for this Final Judgment.
