    Order Correcting Partial Final Award

    THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Motion of Respondent/Counter-Claimant, ICE PORTAL, INC.’s Motion for Correction of Partial Final Award, and the Claimant/Counter-Respondent having advised that it does not oppose the relief sought, it is hereupon

    ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

    1. That portion of page 8 of the Award, part C, which provides: "C. Claimant is not entitled to recover damages from Respondent under the Federal and Florida Antitrust Acts." be and the same is hereby stricken and removed from the Partial Final Award.

    2. In all other respects the Partial Final Award remains unchanged.
