    Order of Santiago Civil Court ordering Chile to Produce Payments to the Essex Court Chambers

    In the main matter: Whereas, in light of the evidence proposed and in accordance with article 273 and subsequent provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, it must be decreed as a provisional measure the production of documents held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to verify the existence of payments made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or any other agency that is subordinated to it, to any member or lawyer of the law firm named Essex Court Chambers, from London (United Kingdom), since September 1, 2005, to date. To that end, a hearing shall be held on the fifth working day after notice is given at 9:00 am, or the next working day if the fifth working day is a Saturday, at the time indicated.
