to Promote Accessibility in
Commercial Arbitration

The IBA and Jus Mundi are both working towards assisting the legal community for global stability and peace by promoting law and justice. We look forward to strengthening the legitimacy of international arbitration as a tool to reinforce the international rule of law. This global collaborative ecosystem will make commercial arbitration readily available on Jus Mundi by bringing together the international legal community. We hope everyone benefits from this first-of-its-kind initiative to improve legal understanding, decision-making, and efficiency.

The IBA Subcommittee on International Commercial Arbitration Case Law collects international commercial arbitration awards and periodically publishes reports about international arbitration case law on legal issues of importance to the international arbitration community. We believe that access to international commercial arbitration awards can strengthen the legitimacy of international arbitration and contribute to the development of the law. We are delighted to learn that Jus Mundi, which hosts a comprehensive database on international arbitration, shares the same goal, and we are proud to partner with Jus Mundi on this exciting project.

We are delighted with this partnership between the Arbitration Committee and Jus Mundi, which will provide practitioners and scholars around the world with free access to an extensive, searchable database of arbitral awards and significantly enhance the legal community’s ability to identify and analyse legal developments in key areas in a variety of legal systems.
