Seda v. Colombia

WHEREAS by letter dated 19 May 2021, Respondent requested the Tribunal to vacate the hearing dates of 25-29 October 2021 and postpone the hearing to either the week of 2 May 2022 or the week of 16 May 2022;

WHEREAS by email and letter of the same day, Claimants informed the Tribunal that they had already agreed to postpone the hearing to the week of 2 May 2022 and requested the Tribunal to amend the remaining deadlines up until the hearing, reserving its right to seek costs in connection with responding to Respondent's application;

WHEREAS on 21 May 2021, Respondent provided further comments and requested the Tribunal to (i) determine that the hearing take place during the week of 2 May 2022 (including Saturday, 7 May 2022); (ii) decide on the remaining deadlines of the procedural calendar; and (iii) "dismiss the Respondent's [NB: presumably the Claimants'] compensation claim for change in the Hearing dates"

1. As per the Parties' agreement, the Tribunal vacates the current hearing dates of 25-29 October 2021 and decides that the evidentiary hearing will take place from 2-6 May 2022 (with Saturday, 7 May 2022 held in reserve).

3. As Claimants have not made any request for compensation to the Tribunal in their communications dated 19 May 2021, no decision is currently required from the Tribunal in this regard.
